What are your delivery days & times?

We make deliveries every Thursday, between 9am & 8pm.

Orders made before 5pm Wednesday will be with you on Thursday. We've partnered with the fellow Birmingham company The Drop, who will hand deliver your plants with love & care! The Drop combine deliveries together with other Birmingham independents to provide a more environmentally friendly delivery option.

You'll receive an email on the day of your delivery with an estimate drop off time.

What do I do if nobody is home at the time of delivery?

If you are aware you may be unable to to receive your parcel, please use the notes section at checkout, or email us directly on info@jungle-houseplants, to let us know of a safe place to leave your plants (or favourite neighbour)

On the day of delivery you should receive an email with an estimated delivery time, if you won't be in, please use the contact details on the email to contact our delivery partner directly.
