Refund policy
Despite all of our hard work and effort, we know things sometimes go wrong.
We package our plants with a whole lot of love and care with the aim of keeping them protected until they arrive in your home.
If you are not satisfied with your plants, please let us know within 7 days. You can contact us via email at info@jungle-houseplants.co.uk, where one of our team will be happy to support you in addressing the issue.
Change of mind:
We are happy to offer 14 day change of mind for all of our decorative pots, please note this does not include live plants.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, we retain the right to deduct the loss of market value from the value of the refund if the item is returned damaged.
Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed with us. Please contact us for packing advise if needed.
Damaged items & plant health:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We guarantee the health of plants for 7 days from delivery /collection so please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into any concerns. If any plant has been repotted or a cutting has been taken then it will void the guarantee and we will not be able to support a return or refund.
We will look to replace your plant if it is very badly damaged in transport. The loss or damage to a small number of leaves in transport on a healthy plant should not generally be cause for any concern. We cannot give a refund for snapped leaves.
We may ask you to return your damaged item so please keep all original packaging and use this to send the plant back to us. We will also provide packing advice to ensure the plant is kept as safe as possible on its return.
