Do you have a physical store?
At present we are an online only store, but if and when we get a bricks and mortar store, you’ll be the first to know!
What if I've never had a plant before?
No problem! Every plant from Jungle comes with simple care instructions and our team is here to answer any questions you might have along the way! Your experience doesn’t end with your purchase.
Can I come to you for plant help and advice?
Absolutely! Once you’ve made a purchase you’re officially part of the Jungle family! We have a range of blog posts that we think cover most areas but if you’re unsure about anything plant related feel free to DM us on Instagram or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you out.
What if my order is a gift?
All orders are shipped without pricing information, that goes to your email. This makes it much easier to surprise a family member or friend. You’ll find a box to enter your Gift Note on your Cart page, and we’ll complete a handwritten note to go with your order.
What are you delivery options?
We deliver nationwide with two options:
- Free Local weekend delivery (if you're within our selected Birmingham postcodes (Check here)
- Premium 2-3 days tracked nationwide delivery

What if my plant looks different to the one pictured?
Plants, by their very nature, are all different! Our photos are used to help give you an idea of the size of the plant and what it may look like. Your plant may not exactly match the shape and colour of the plant we’ve featured on our website, we only photograph one of each plant from each of our orders.
What if leaves have fallen off my plant in the mail?
Shipping plants can be tricky. Sometimes no matter how hard we try to protect them plants will lose a couple of leaves either due to the stress of transit or the movement on their way to you. Please don't be alarmed by this, most plants will recover quickly. However, if your plant arrives with a lot of damage or leaf loss, please do contact us immediately.
Why do you show out of stock items and how can I get them?
A lot of our plants are here for the long term. When they go out of stock we leave them on the site in preparation for when they become available again. You can fill in your details and be notified when the plant becomes available.
What if I want a plant that you don’t have?
We’re always looking for new plants to stock. If there’s something you’re longing for and we don’t have it, please let us know, we might be able to help. DM us on Instagram @jungle_houseplants or email us at email@example.com
