These intriguing plants are always a point of discussion in our home, from the same family as Calathea these guys have dancing leaves that fold up at night in order to conserve energy. This variety has contrasting red banding adding an enjoyable pop of colour to their stunning foliage. We love when they start to trail down the side of the pot!

The soil likes to be kept moist but not soggy, in our experience a little water every 3-4 days in the growing season works well.

Humidity hungry: spritz regularly, place near a humidifier or in a humid room.

These guys love fertiliser, a feed every two weeks from spring through to autumn will help push thick lush growth
